Prescription

You need a medical prescription from your GP or attending physician to receive a physical treatment series. The prescription states your medical diagnosis and the duration of physical (and occasionally massage) therapy. If you need treatment at home, please make sure the prescription also includes a home visit which will enable you to get that additional fee refunded from your health insurance. After approval by your health insurance ('Bewilligung') you are usually refunded one-third up to half of your treatment costs. Please do not forget to bring along your prescription at our first meeting.
